International Law Programme
It is a one semester undergraduate Programme, entirely taught in English, on the subject of International Law.
This Programme is aimed at:
- Exchange Students from Partner Universities;
- Visiting Students;
- Católica Porto Students who wish to undertake an English taught Programme with the benefit of having it recorded on their Diploma Supplement.
In order to use the teaching resources at Católica Porto Law School to their fullest, a Minimum Enrollment Policy is used. Such a policy allows students to engage with a sufficient number of other learners in the classroom and also efficiently uses faculty time, thus facilitating the research and service portions of faculty obligations.
For the International Law Programme there is a 15 students minimum requirement. To successfully complete the Programme, students are required to take the 5 compulsory core courses, plus a course or seminar of the Undergraduate Programme in Law taught in English.

Undergraduate Programme in Law
The programme is open to students who, at the at the moment of the application, meet the following conditions:
- minimum of 60 ECTS obtained (the average to be considered is the average of all subjects passed to date);
- a course average equal to or higher than 12 points (despite the fact that the Director of the Faculty can analyze student's curriculum with a lower average);
- situation regarding the payment of tuition fees;
- have not benefited from Erasmus scholarships for a period of time longer than 12 months in the study cycle where they are in.
The deadline for the submission of applications will be in February, for students who apply for mobility periods in the 1st or 2nd semester of the following academic year.

Master Programme in Law
The programme is open to students who, at the at the moment of the application, meet the following conditions:
- a course average equal to or higher than 12 points (only the undergrauate average will be considered. The Director of the Faculty can analyze student's curriculum with a lower average);
- situation regarding the payment of tuition fees;
- the undergraduate average will be considered;
- have not benefited from Erasmus scholarships for a period of time longer than 12 months in the study cycle where they are in.
The deadline for the submission of applications will be in the second half of September until the end of the first week of October, for Master's students admitted in the 1st and 2nd stages and, in February, for Master's students admitted in the 3rd stage.
