Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will have:

  • Acquired concrete and practical knowledge of how technological advances, tools and systems can assist in furthering legal interactions and transactions
  • Acquired substantial understanding of the modern challenges technology poses in the legal world
  • Gained awareness of modern-day infractions occurring in the online realm
  • Gained practical knowledge of how to handle disputes via the online medium.
