The program offers students reference tools and practices for conflict resolution, through an innovative teaching experience focused on developing the soft skills and hard skills needed today.

Also integrate different workshops with specific themes that will allow participants to have an experience of interactive learning, building relationships and problem-solving skills.

Using the techniques and process of mediation is not exclusive knowledge of the legal world, but knowledge that takes into account the true human needs in any area of activity.
