It is intended to present one specific legal discipline in the field of Administrative Law which is of great practical and dogmatic relevance. The main objective is to justify the scientific autonomy of urban rules and demonstrate their own and intrinsic rationality. This implies the study of the concepts and methods that embody the Urban Law. Three key tools will be particularly focused on: planning, expropriation, and the building and urban development scheme. We will provilege a scientific approach, aimed at practical and relevant issues. There will be frequent use of case law to illustrate these issues in order to deepen critical judgment and demonstrate the dogmatic problems that the application of the law presents.
