This Open Lecture by Professor Max Huffman wil be about "The Shifting Regulation and Competition Interface", and will take place on November 2nd, at 2:30 pm, in room EA109.
The lecture will examine how digital markets, the platform economy more broadly, and recent emphases on alternative goals for competition policy, most notably sustainability theory and labour markets, are leading to regulatory take-over of competition policy, drawing on examples from the US and the EU.
Professor Max Huffman is Vice Dean and Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
