The Observatory on the Protection of Particularly Vulnerable Victims of Violent Behaviour aims to monitor Portuguese legislation and judicial decisions, assessing their compliance with European Union law in matters relating to the protection of victims in situations of particular vulnerability - namely children, women, the elderly, and institutionalised persons - in the context of violent conduct.
