The programme will be delivered primarily on campus, although in exceptional cases a professor may teach remotely with live transmission to the classroom.
Classes will take place on Friday evenings (18:00–21:15) and Saturday mornings (09:00–13:15).
The programme is expected to run from October 2024 to February 2025.
This Postgraduate Programme will be delivered on campus (although, exceptionally, for scheduling or geographical reasons, a professor may teach remotely with live transmission to the classroom) and will follow a theoretical–practical teaching model.
Each session will be conducted by a specialist in the relevant field, ensuring that the various topics are approached from an integrated perspective. The teaching methodology encourages critical and problem-based analysis, supported by the theoretical and doctrinal frameworks essential to understanding the underlying legal institutions and regimes.
Assessment will consist of a multiple-choice examination covering the topics taught during the programme.
Accreditation
9 ECTS credits
Successful completion of the full programme with a positive final assessment leads to the award of a Postgraduate Certificate (for holders of a university degree) or an Advanced Training Certificate (for other participants).
Completion of the programme without assessment results in a Certificate of Attendance.
In all cases, a minimum attendance of 80% of total teaching hours is required.
