This programme is taught in Portuguese.
The Advanced Training Programme for Lawyers in Mediation has been designed to develop lawyers’ skills in the context of extrajudicial dispute resolution through mediation.
Through this programme, a law firm or legal practice can:
- Motivate its lawyers by introducing innovative tools and techniques;
- Promote greater effectiveness within teams in conflict management and client case negotiation;
- Strengthen its distinctive position within the legal market;
- Reduce the risks associated with conflict management within the organisation.
Enrolment is limited to 30 participants to ensure continuous guidance and an interactive, experience-based learning environment.
This programme is offered in partnership between the Porto Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa and ICFML – Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos, granting participants the opportunity to pursue ICFML’s International Lawyer-in-Mediation Certification.
