Dedicated to Securities Law and Banking Law, and characterised by a strong practical focus, this Postgraduate Programme aims to provide up-to-date and specialised knowledge in two complementary areas of law. It explores their fundamental concepts and principles, legal institutions, and the interests driving the actors and institutions operating under their respective legal frameworks.
Programme Aims
Participants will have the opportunity to develop a systematic understanding of both the securities system and the banking system, gaining the preparation necessary to address, within their professional practice, some of the most significant legal issues arising in these areas.
Target Audience
This programme is intended for graduates in Law, Economics, Management, Banking Management, or Business Administration.
Applicants with other relevant academic backgrounds may also be considered.
Teaching Format and Duration
The programme is expected to run from October to February, delivered entirely online, with classes held on Thursdays and Fridays.
