Teaching Methodology
This Postgraduate Programme will be delivered online, following a theoretical–practical teaching model based on the case study method.
Whenever possible, a multidisciplinary approach will be adopted for each of the topics analysed, drawing on perspectives from both law and computer engineering. While addressing the relevant theoretical foundations, the programme will place particular emphasis on critical and reflective analysis based on practical case studies.
Assessment and Credits
Assessment will be carried out through short tests or individual or group assignments, one for each module, as well as a final written paper on one of the topics covered in the programme. The programme is worth 15 ECTS credits.
Successful completion of the full programme, including the modules and the final paper, grants a Postgraduate Certificate to participants holding a prior academic degree, or an Advanced Training Certificate in other cases. Completion of the programme without undertaking the assessment grants a Certificate of Attendance.
In all cases, a minimum attendance of 80% of the contact hours of the course modules is required.
