Online Learning
The Postgraduate Programme in Administrative Law is organised into four thematic modules, covering the main areas of Administrative Law, from the classical topics relating to the Administrative Procedure (individual acts and regulations), to Administrative Litigation and its recent legislative developments, as well as Urban Planning and Public Procurement.
Objectives
Each thematic module focuses not only on the foundational principles of the subjects covered, but also on their most recent developments, both at national and international level.
Target Audience
Graduates in Law and other interested candidates with an appropriate academic background.
Modular Enrolment Flexibility
For greater convenience and personalised learning, participants may enrol in individual modules that best suit their needs and interests, without the requirement to attend the full programme.
Module 2 - Administrative Procedure
Format: 24 hours | Online classes: Fridays from 16:00 to 18:45 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:45.
(Exceptionally, sessions may extend until 20:30 on Fridays and 14:30 on Saturdays.)
Tuition Fee: €466 (payable upon registration)
Places Available: 10 (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attend at least 80% of the total contact hours of the module. No ECTS credits are awarded.
Module 3 - Administrative Litigation
