The multiplicity and complexity of legal issues arising from employment relations, together with the numerous legislative changes that have taken place in recent years, make it increasingly challenging for the various actors involved to master the applicable Labour and Social Security Law.
Indeed, this area of law has undergone significant transformations in recent years, requiring constant study, updating, and a renewed understanding of its multiple legal frameworks and institutions.
Programme Aims
The main objective of this Postgraduate Programme is to provide an integrated overview of a broad set of topics within both individual and collective Labour Law, as well as Social Security Law, combining theoretical rigour with a practical focus on issues that arise daily in legal practice and business contexts.
The course benefits from the participation of university professors, lawyers, judges, and other specialists.

This programme is intended for lawyers, legal advisers, corporate counsels, judges, and other professionals holding a university degree.
