The International Studies Programme is an innovative 3 semesters’ Programme, fully lectured in English within the Master’s Degree in International and European Law.

Opened to graduates in Law and in any other Social Sciences and Humanities, it benefits from a qualified teaching staff, including guest professors and experts from different professional backgrounds, countries, and fields of knowledge and with a consistent international experience.

The International Studies Programme values critical thinking, analytical skills and interdisciplinarity. “The International Studies Programme will engage our students in a comprehensive approach of international law, transnational issues and international relations”, explains Manuel Fontaine Campos, Dean of the Porto School of Law.

Azeredo Lopes, scientific coordinator, considers that the International Studies Programme was particularly designed for international professions in the Public and Private Sectors: “from working in international organizations, to diplomatic and consular services or in the public administration, to work in NGO’s, or in international or public affairs consultancy, or in multinational enterprises”.

The first call of applications closes on May 3rd. The second call will take place from June 16th to August 22nd.
