This year the Fundamental Rights Lecture will be delivered by Giovanni De Gregorio (PLMJ Chair in Law and Technology at Católica Global School of Law and Católica Lisbon School of Law). 

The lecture will focus on the concept of digital constitutionalism and it will aim to address the different perspectives in this field and how their interactions lead towards a normative theory to protect rights and limit powers in the digital age.
