Nuno Sousa e Silva, a professor at the Faculty of Law, will present his book “Lessons in Digital Law” on May 19 at the Catholic University of Porto—room EC132A.

Published by Almedina, the book addresses some of the most current and relevant topics in law in the digital age, exploring, in a clear and accessible manner, various legal challenges associated with the use of information technology. Among other topics, the book highlights the protection of computer programs and databases, Artificial Intelligence, E-commerce, Data Protection, fundamental rights in cyberspace, and the liability of digital platforms.
