Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

This discipline focuses on the analysis of the main characteristics of some civil contracts, as well as on the problematization of some aspects of the legal regime of these contracts. It is intended that students be able to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and the critical analysis of recent jurisprudence.
