Bússola Programme

As students develop their professional identity, the Bússola Programme supports them in navigating the challenges that naturally arise throughout this process.

Through the guidance and shared experiences of the Law alumni community, students may receive individual mentoring from experienced alumni.

The mentoring relationship is designed to evolve naturally, according to its own rhythm and the needs of each student. Mentors volunteer their time to help clarify academic uncertainties and share insights into professional practice and life choices.

Students may join the programme if they are:

  • Fourth-year students in the Undergraduate Degree in Law;
  • First-year students in the Master’s in Law or in the Master’s in Law and Management.

Each year, the number of students accepted into the programme will depend on the number of available mentors.
