Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Law & Economics is the scientific endeavor that consists in the application of the principles of Economic Analysis to problems related with the making and application of the law. The objective of this seminar is to present this scientific discipline, poorly known in Portugal, showing its potential to illuminate problems that will be dealt in more detail in other courses of this master’s program.
