Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

The goals of our seminar are the following:

(i) To provide the students with the main features of Environmental Law, its specifics and the power of the Public Administration to oversight, through the presentation and interpretation of the legal regime, from a theoretical and practical perspective;
(ii) To promote a reflection upon the environmental contingencies which may occur when exercising an economic activity.
