Developing a critical standpoint on a principle-based constitutionalism. Developing a critical perspective on cosmopolitanism and constitutional identities. Learning the normative content of the fundamental principles of the rule of law. Applying the fundamental principles to cases.

Constitutional archetypes and rule of law archetypes: political constitutionalism, judicial constitutionalism and iliberal constitutionalism.
