Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Perceiving the configuration of the system's general theory of Administrative Law, which regulates the organization of public administration and administrative relations
- Provide students with knowledge of the legal instruments of administrative activity, as well as the general principles and rules which govern it, which allows them to solve different scenarios of practical conflicts between citizens and public administration, with special focus on the validity of the administrative acts.

1. Public Administration, Administrative Law and Administrative Function;
2. Organization of Public Administration;
3. Principle of Legality and Constitutional Principles applicable to administrative activity;
4. Fundamental rights of citizens before Public Administration;
5. Theory of administrative activity:
5.1. Theory of administrative rules (concept; classification; procedure)
5.2. Theory of the Administrative Act (concept; classification; legal force; procedure; existence, validity and effectiveness; revocation)
5.3. Procurement (concept, brief mention of the legal regime)
