Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

Students shall cement and complement their knowledge about the labor procedural law, comprehend its specialities, the proceedings of labor judicial actions and labor precautionary measures, identifying the applicable legal standards. Students shall, in addition, identify the main problems posed by the labor procedural legislation and discussed in the case law.
