Teaching Methodology
This Postgraduate Programme will be delivered in person, following a theoretical–practical teaching model based on the case study method.
Each session will be taught by a specialist in the relevant subject area. The different topics will be addressed from an integrated perspective. The approach is intended to be critical and problem-oriented, supported by the theoretical and doctrinal framework necessary for understanding the legal institutions and regulatory regimes under discussion.
Assessment and Credits
Assessment will consist of a written in-person examination, covering the subjects taught during the programme. The programme is worth 9 ECTS credits.
Successful completion of the full programme with a positive final assessment grants a Postgraduate Certificate for participants who hold a prior academic degree, or an Advanced Training Certificate in other cases.
Completion of the programme without undertaking the final assessment grants only a Certificate of Attendance.
In both cases, a minimum attendance of 80% of the total contact hours is required.
