6th Edition 2026 | On-Campus and Online Teaching
The Postgraduate Programme in Company Law offers a curriculum that is both classical and innovative, addressing core topics while simultaneously exploring emerging and forward-looking issues. The programme has been designed to provide postgraduate training that may, in the medium term, be complemented by additional, shorter courses focusing on major themes that further develop and expand the areas covered in this programme.
The teaching staff is composed of leading national specialists in this field, almost all of whom hold doctoral degrees and teach at some of the most prestigious Portuguese law schools, with particular emphasis on professors from
Universidade Católica Portuguesa. This reflects the remarkable research work carried out within the two Schools of its Faculty of Law.
