Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

The main purpose of this course is to deepen the study of selected subjects from the general theory of Administrative Law, given the recent developments of the legal framework caused by the approval of structuring legislation in this field. We want to provide students with a more consistent knowledge than the one acquired at the graduation course on the main issues arising within the framework of administrative law relationships, bearing in mind the most updated legal framework.
