Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

  • specialization of graduated students in the study of Company Law as a major actor of the modern economic system;
  • study of the main legal forms of company reorganization or restructuring (mergers, divisions, transformations, groups of companies);
  • study of the main mechanisms of acquisition of corporate control (namely. takeover bids);
  • study of the main types of financial instruments.
