Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Students shall initiate their knowledge about the labor procedural law, comprehend its principles and specificities towards the civil procedural law, the proceedings of common and special labor judicial actions, identifying labor precautionary measures and appeals, and identifying the applicable legislation. Students shall, in addition, identify the main problems posed by the labor procedural legislation and discussed by scholars and by the case law.
