In general:
- Application of the knowledge acquired in Civil Procedure classes by practicing judicial acts and pleadings.
Specific:
- Initiate proceedings and carry out the subsequent procedural actions:
- Assemble and critically interpret petitions, legal briefs and judgements;
- Understand how to select the facts in order to bring a case to trial;
- Understand the ritual of a trial, the form of witnesses' examination and the preparation of claims;
- Hold specialized knowledge about evidentiary law.
