Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Upon completion of the course, students will have:
- Acquired concrete and practical knowledge of how technological advances, tools and systems can assist in furthering legal interactions and transactions;
- Acquired substantial understanding of the modern challenges technology poses in the legal world;
- Gained awareness of modern-day infractions occurring in the online realm;
- Gained practical knowledge of how to handle disputes via the online medium.
