Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
The main learning outcomes of the curricular unit consist in:
- acquisition of knowledge on the principles of Private Law and their expressions in written law;
- also, knowledge regarding the essential instruments of Private Law (contract; etc.).
- Students become, therefore, better prepared to later on developping the acquisition of knowledges in other
- curricular units within the domain of Private Law.
- Students also acquire skills in the legal characterization of basic practical situations on Private Law.
