Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

The main learning outcomes of the curricular unit consist in:

• acquisition of knowledge on the principles of Private Law and their expressions in written law;
• also, knowledge regarding the essential instruments of Private Law (contract; etc.).
• Students become, therefore, better prepared to later on developping the acquisition of knowledges in other
• curricular units within the domain of Private Law.
• Students also acquire skills in the legal characterization of basic practical situations on Private Law.
