Fundamentals of intellectual property disputes. WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. In-depth understanding of how to identify the most appropriate dispute resolution procedure for specific cases and include suitable dispute resolution clauses in agreements. WIPO Mediation and Arbitration.
