At the end of the course, the student will have learned a set of concepts, tools and basic models that will allow him/her to observe, analyze and understand an organization as a whole and its evolution. Special attention will be given to the study of two elements: management and strategy. The concept of culture will also be discussed with the aim of developing skills that allow its diagnosis, as well as the understanding of its various aspects. So to have a better understanding of the subjects taught and their applicability, the student will be able to watch, in the classroom, the presentation of two companies (2 cases, practical guest lectures), by the voice of its managers - providing the opportunity of bringing different organizations, their business model and strategy, to the student/academic environment.
