Economical Criminal Law: several definitions of Economical Crime.
Crimes in the Penal Code, with economical relevance (embezzlement/ fraud/ mismanagement); crimes in Corporation Law.
Other criminal regulation in the economics (ex. Bribery and Bribery in the private sector)
Crimes in the interest of the corporation: tax fraud and other frauds
Punishment and other sanctions in economical activity (confiscation form proceeds of crime)
