Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

Objectives: To enable a full understanding of the legal approach to the Family and the special intentionality of the rules relating to family relationships and situations; enable the contact with the legislation related to family realationsships.

Competences: reading and understanding juridical texts, legal rules and Court orders, exploring juridical approach on family issues

 

Syllabus

1. Family, Law and legislation.
2. Family relations legal sources (constitution, proof, content, modification and extinction of family relationships)
3. Debts and marital property issues.
4. Family crises, Family disputes resolution, marital and cohabitants breakdown and legal issues
