Learning outcomes of the curricular unit

Studying, in a problematizing way, the crimes against the person. Analysing the judgment decisions concerning the crimes against the person. Reflecting about legal and judgment choices, trying to have a personal perspective about them. Development of the following skills: analysis, critical analysis, reflection about the problems, dialogue and argumentation, formulation of proposals.

2. Crimes against intrauterine life
