Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Gaining knowledge of the works contract, its legal regime and applicability in practice with analysis of jurisprudence. Critical appraisal of the regime, comparing the solution established in the Civil Code with the solution established with reference to the consumer works contract and the public works contract. Specifying the main issues that have come up in practice. Developing the students’ critical frame of mind with recourse to the practical application of the contract.
