Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
With this seminar it is intended for students to be able to:
1. Produce a critical assessment of the major substantive issues in question, and especially:
a. Analyze the legitimacy of public administration to impose sanctions;
b. Identify the competent authorities to supervise, instruct and decide upon the case;
c. Understand the various forms of responsibility for the commission of offences;
d. Delimit the boundaries of the concept of road traffic offence;
e. Identify sanctions;
f. Understand the mechanism for determining the actual extent of the sanctions;
g. List the causes of extinction;
2. Identify each stage of the process and especially:
a. Describe the dynamics of the procedure;
b. Identify the documents of the process;
c. Understand the content and form of the exercise of the offender's right of defense;
d. Understand the system of voluntary payment of the fine and its implications
