Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Acquiring knowledge as regards the legal framework of the sales contract. Understanding the main questions that have been raised, mainly at judicial level, as regards this contract. Critical appraisal of that legal regulation and of the solutions offered for these questions. One of the main objectives is to develop critical thinking. Relevance of the course for the students’ professional activity.
