Learning outcomes of the curricular unit
Students shall cement their knowledge about the concept of work-related accident, comprehend the causes of its mischaracterization, and develop the ability to distinguish situations that are subject of repair from those which are not. Students shall also complement their knowledge on how to repair accidents identifying the applicable legal standards. Students shall, in addition, identify the main problems posed by the legislation and discussed in the case law.
