We are proud to announce that our former student, Blandina Soares, will take office as President of the Instituto de Registos e Notariado on March 1.
With over two decades of experience in Public Administration, specializing in registries and notarial services, Blandina Soares previously coordinated the Estrutura de Missão para a Expansão do Sistema de Informação Cadastral Simplificada (eBUPi), a strategic project for modernizing and organizing Portugal’s territorial records.
A graduate of the Porto Faculty of Law, she has held roles of high technical, consultative, and strategic responsibility. She has actively participated in national and European working groups, contributed to scientific publications, and regularly engaged in conferences and advanced training programs.
Between 2013 and 2024, she served as a permanent member of the IRN Advisory Board, contributing to multiple initiatives, including the European Succession Regulation and rural property matters.
Her appointment as President marks a new chapter for the Instituto de Registos e Notariado and is a source of pride and inspiration.
