(i) Study the administrative dimension of sports federations, especially in professional sport;
(ii) Critically analyse sports federations in the light of global administrative law, identifying the main procedures, international networks and administrative legal values - case study in the doping area;
(iii) Analyse and evaluate federative sports regulations from a constitutional, administrative and multilingual point of view - case study in the field of football;
(iv) Examine the sanctioning role of sports federations (administrative sanctions);
(v) Analysis of relevant TAD jurisprudence in administrative law matters

3. Sports federations in the light of global administrative law:
a) Lex sportiva and global administrative law;

c) World Anti-Doping Agency and CAS ("Sports Arbitration Court") - procedural administrative legal values -the Pistorius case

1. The federal sports regulations: constitutionality control;
2. Federal sports regulations - multilevel perspective.
a) Legal relationship between federative sports regulations and regulations issued by international organizations;
b) The European Union and the case of football
